The phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and dash cam WiFi simultaneously, but the camera records automatically when the car starts, so you don't need to keep it connected to the camera all the time. The camera's WiFi is not remote, and it is recommended to download important clips to your phone while in the car and the engine is on, if needed.

The dash cam features an audio recording function that can be turned on or off through the Fitcamx app setting. If no preview is available, turn off the cellular data/Bluetooth when viewing the video on the app. It is not necessary to turn off cellular data during daily use.
