The FITCAMX integrated dash camera is specifically designed to fit Audi vehicles from 2019 to 2024 (Model A) seamlessly, providing an OEM-like appearance that blends perfectly with your car. IMPORTANT NOTE: FITCAMX dash cams are only compatible with specific vehicle models, and the wrong model cannot be properly fitted. Additionally, the camera does not support the addition of a separate rear camera if you already have the single front camera, as the PCB boards are different.

During usage, the phone cannot be connected to both CarPlay and the dash cam's WiFi simultaneously. However, the camera records automatically when the car starts, so you don't need to keep it connected to the camera all the time. The camera's WiFi is not remote, and it's recommended to download important clips to your phone while in the car with the engine running.

The camera features an audio recording function that can be turned on or off through the FITCAMX app settings. If no preview is available, you can try turning off the cellular data or Bluetooth when viewing videos in the app. It's not necessary to turn off cellular data during regular use.

The package includes a 128GB MicroSD card, providing ample storage for your driving footage.

FITCAMX's integrated dash cam fits perfectly, like an OEM component, with no visible wires or the need for splicing. It is compatible with a wide range of Audi models, including the A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q7, Q8, and R8. However, please ensure the shape of the rear-view mirror cover matches the camera before installation.

Professional installation is recommended, as the dash cam requires disconnecting the rain sensor's port to access a shared power source. This operation does not affect the normal use of the rain sensor.

The seamless loop recording feature overwrites the oldest footage with new content when the memory card is full. The built-in G-sensor can detect sudden collisions and automatically lock the current video to prevent overwriting, safeguarding your safety and legal rights.

Equipped with a high-sensitivity CMOS sensor and WDR technology, the dash cam provides clear night vision, capturing vivid details such as license plates and road signs, even in low-light conditions.

By connecting to the built-in WiFi, you can easily view and manage real-time videos on the FITCAMX app, download important footage to your phone, and play back or share the recordings with friends and family. However, it's recommended to turn off cellular data or Bluetooth if you experience any preview issues.

The FITCAMX dash cam is designed to work seamlessly with your vehicle. It automatically turns on and off with the car engine, and you don't need to manually connect the WiFi after the initial setup.

The videos recorded by the dash cam are saved on the MicroSD card, not on your phone. You can watch the downloaded videos even when the car is not running, but to view videos that haven't been downloaded, you'll need to connect the camera's WiFi when the car is running.

The FITCAMX dash cam is built to withstand a wide temperature range from -20°C to 85°C (-4°F to 185°F), and the camera's heating is a normal occurrence due to the confined space and nearby vehicle parts. The installation position under the windshield can also contribute to higher temperatures in direct sunlight.

The FITCAMX app is safe and stable to use, and you can download it from the App Store or your browser. If you encounter any connectivity issues with the WiFi, please provide screenshots of the WiFi and app pages for troubleshooting.

The parking monitoring feature depends on whether your car's power plug can continuously supply electricity, which is determined by the vehicle manufacturer. If the power is available, the parking mode function can be activated; otherwise, an additional harness cable may be required to upgrade this feature.
