The FITCAMX dash cams are only compatible with specific vehicle models, and the wrong model cannot be fitted. Additionally, you cannot add a rear camera separately if you already have the single front camera, as the PCB boards are different.

The phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and the dash cam's WiFi at the same time, but the camera records automatically when the car starts, so you don't need to keep it connected to the camera all the time. The camera's WiFi is not remote, so you'll need to download important clips to your phone while in the car with the engine on.

The dash cam features an audio recording function that can be turned on/off through the FITCAMX app. If you experience no preview, turn off the cellular data/Bluetooth when viewing videos in the app. Cellular data does not need to be turned off during regular use.

The package includes a 128GB MicroSD card. Some customers have reported compatibility issues with the ID.4, but this is usually due to not finding the correct plug. Carefully refer to the installation tutorial (pictures and video) to locate the right plug before installation.

The FITCAMX 4K dual dash cam has a fully integrated design, with no wires showing and no need for trimming or windshield blocking. It's compatible with the VW ID.4 2021-2024 and Audi Q4 e-tron 2022-2024 vehicle styles.

The front camera records in 4K+ resolution, while the rear camera records in 1080P. The f/1.6 large aperture lens, CMOS sensor, and WDR technology ensure clear video and decent dynamic range, even at night.

The dash cam's built-in WiFi allows you to view real-time video on the go, and the FITCAMX app enables you to download important footage if needed, then transfer it to your phone or PC. However, you don't need to keep the WiFi connected all the time.

The seamless loop recording will overwrite the oldest footage when the storage is full, and the G-Sensor will automatically lock the current video to prevent it from being overwritten in the event of a sudden collision.

The state-of-the-art Novatek chip and CMOS sensor, combined with WDR technology, ensure exceptional picture quality under any light condition, providing clear night vision.
