A: WiFi connects automatically when the car engine is on. For issues, send screenshots of WiFi & app pages. The Fitcamx app is safe and available for download from the App Store or browser.

Q6: Why doesn't my car have parking monitoring? Can I upgrade?
A: Parking mode depends on your car's power plug capability. Additional harness cables may be required for upgrading.

Fitcamx 4K dual dash cams require professional installation skills. Please watch the tutorial video carefully. Remove the ACC Sensor's port for shared power (as shown in the picture). This operation does not affect normal vehicle use.
